齐鲁网·闪电新闻6月15日讯 来自山东潍坊的 80 后刘明杰，来到庆云县发展种植产业已有四年。当地政府在土地流转、农机调配等方面给予大力支持，他负责的750余亩小麦已全部收割完毕。如今他扎根于此，计划继续扩大种植规模，深耕农业事业。
