一、问题描述
华为Box310 部署在 NAT 内网环境，公网远端通过会议 ID 呼叫入会，接通 20s 后系统自动挂断、提示无码流；内网同网段终端 IP 呼叫入会音视频完全正常。
二、解决方案
1、终端 Web→网络→防火墙，开启 NAT 功能，填写运营商分配的公网映射 IP；
2、出口路由器配置端口映射，开放 H323/SIP、RTP 音视频端口，确保上下行码流互通。
