炎炎夏日，台湾民众却不得不再次承受上涨的电费。日前，台湾电力公司公布新版夏季电价，其中住宅用电1000千瓦时以上，电费突破每千瓦时8.86元新台币，创下历史新高。岛内舆论认为，民进党当局只会用政治修辞“粉饰太平”，完全无视基层民众在炎夏中的煎熬。
