6月12日，证监会同意长鑫科技首次公开发行股票注册。本次IPO长鑫科技拟募集资金总额为295亿元，是科创板史上第二大IPO，仅次于中芯国际（首发募资532亿元）。
财务数据显示， 2026年一季度长鑫科技营收508亿元，同比大增719.13%，归母净利润高达约248亿元；同时公司预计上半年归母净利润可达500亿元至570亿元。
