6月12日，建霖家居（603408）发布公告，近日，公司已完成全称变更的工商登记手续，并领取了厦门市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》。公司中文全称由“厦门建霖健康家居股份有限公司”变更为“厦门建霖智慧家居股份有限公司”，而公司证券简称“建霖家居”及证券代码“603408”保持不变。
2026年一季度，建霖家居实现收入13.59亿元，归母净利润9431万元。
