6月12日，金徽股份（603132）发布公告，控股股东甘肃亚特投资集团有限公司解除质押股份1810万股，占其所持股份的3.66%及公司总股本的1.85%；截至公告披露日，亚特投资累计质押股份为3.86亿股，占其所持股份的77.88%及公司总股本的39.42%。
2026年一季度，金徽股份实现收入5.28亿元，归母净利润2.05亿元。
