格隆汇6月12日丨星源材质(06067.HK)发布公告，公司拟全球发售约1.50亿股H股，中国香港发售1495.25万股H股(可予重新分配)，国际发售约1.35亿股H股(可予重新分配)；2026年6月12日至6月17日招股，预期定价日为6月18日；发售价将不超过每股发售股份8.98港元，H股的每手买卖单位将为500股，中信建投国际为独家保荐人；预期H股将于2026年6月23日开始于联交所买卖。
