6月11日，一份声明显示，KKR联合科威特投资局（KIA）、英伟达和公用事业公司Vistra成立一家名为Helix Digital Infrastructure（简称“Helix”）的新公司。该公司旨在以超大规模企业所需的速度和规模提供一体化基础设施，以满足日益增长的人工智能需求。
