观点网讯：6月11日，据港媒报道，香港土地注册处文件显示，恒隆集团及恒隆地产行政总裁兼执行董事卢韦柏斥资9920万港元购入浅水湾福慧大厦一个单位。
资料显示，卢韦柏通过Shekinah Glory Ltd.完成此次收购，公司注册处文件显示其担任该公司唯一董事。
根据恒隆地产此前公告，卢韦柏将于2026年8月31日前荣休，目前集团正进行继任者甄选程序。
