据外交部网站今日（6月11日）消息，菲律宾国防部长特奥多罗多次发表涉华谬论，损害中方正当利益，破坏中菲两国关系。为维护中国国家主权、安全、发展利益，中方决定，禁止特奥多罗及其配偶、子女入境中国内地和香港、澳门，禁止中国境内的组织、个人与特奥多罗及其配偶、子女进行任何交易、合作等活动。
