近日，上海华证指数信息服务有限公司发布最新一期ESG评级结果。珀莱雅股份（603605.SH）凭借在环境、社会及公司治理等方面的持续实践，获评华证ESG最高等级AAA，并位居行业第一。Sino-Securities Index Information Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has released its latest ESG rating results. Recognized for its sustained commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, Proya Cosmetics (603605.SH) has been awarded the highest AAA rating by Sino-Securities, ranking first in its sector.

本期华证ESG评级覆盖全部A股上市公司，合计5,512家，含A+H两地上市公司。其中，仅84家上市公司获得AAA评级，占比约1.52%。珀莱雅股份此次获评最高等级，体现出公司在可持续发展领域的优秀表现，也进一步彰显了公司ESG治理能力与长期价值创造能力的市场认可度。

This round of ratings evaluated all 5,512 A-share listed companies, including those with dual A+H listings. Among these, only 84 companies—approximately 1.52%—achieved the AAA distinction. The top rating demonstrates Proya Cosmetics’ strong performance in sustainable development and reinforces market confidence in its ESG governance and long-term value creation.

从历史评级来看，珀莱雅股份华证ESG评级自2022年的BBB级，提升至2023年、2024年的AA级，并于2025年、2026年连续获得最高等级AAA，体现出公司ESG综合管理水平的持续性提升。此次评级结果也体现了资本市场及第三方机构对珀莱雅股份可持续发展能力、规范治理水平与长期价值创造能力的鼓励。

Proya's ESG rating has shown a consistent upward trajectory, rising from BBB in 2022 to AA in both 2023 and 2024, and now securing the highest AAA rating for 2025 and 2026. 绿色发展方面，珀莱雅股份持续推进绿色生产、绿色包装和低碳运营。2025年，公司清洁能源使用比例达到55.80%，单位产品温室气体排放量（范围一、二）较2021年下降28.44%，包装材料中可持续包装材料占比较2021年提升38.20%；同时，珀莱雅品牌双抗焕白净亮面膜成为公司首款获得碳足迹认证的产品，为公司产品绿色低碳实践打下良好基础。

In 2025, the company’s clean energy consumption reached 55.80%, while greenhouse gas emissions per unit of product (Scope 1 and 2) fell by 28.44% compared to 2021. The use of sustainable packaging materials increased by 38.20% from 2021 levels. Moreover, the PROYA Double Effect Whitening Brightening Mask became its first product to receive carbon footprint certification, laying a solid foundation for green and low-carbon initiatives.
