近日，在上海长宁，一名驾驶员开车行经路口未礼让行人，被执勤民警现场拦下，依法处以罚款200元、记3分。
驾驶员一开始不承认违法行为，称“你这样罚，我不认”。
交警回应：“不需要你认！”同时向对方清楚陈述相关法条，全程执法规范、有理有据。
