在今日举办的中国国际煤炭大会上，华电集团生产技术部副主任张爱培在主题报告中提到，考虑到或将出现的中等强度及以上厄尔尼诺现象，集团于三、四、五月增储电煤600万吨，现阶段煤炭库存可用天数达32天以上，为迎峰度夏做好了基本煤炭库存。
