6月9日，桂平西山风景名胜区发布通告称，为保障游客生命财产安全，防范森林火灾与地质灾害，景区即日起实行夜间闭园管理——每日22：30至次日5：00，桂平西山风景名胜区全域关闭（含所有未开放区域）。
