6月10日，据科技日报，美国麻省理工学院研究团队给氮化镓芯片嵌入一层超薄单晶金刚石，突破了高功率无线芯片散热瓶颈，并制备出性能创纪录的无线功率放大器，为6G通信、卫星互联网等高功率电子设备提供了新的芯片级热管理方案。相关成果在2026年IEEE国际微波研讨会上发布。
