中国国航6月9日晚间公告，公司于2026年6月4日向特定对象发行A股股票。公司控股股东中国航空集团有限公司（下称“中航集团”）及其全资子公司中国航空资本控股有限责任公司以现金方式一次性全额认购本次发行的A股股票，发行数量为3,044,140,030股，发行价格为6.57元/股。本次发行完成后，中航集团及其一致行动人合计持有公司股份比例自本次发行前的53.71%增加至60.58%。
