英国石油（bp）6月9日宣布新组织架构，将自2026年7月1日起以上游和下游两大业务板块取代现有三段式结构，以简化公司运营、提升业绩并为股东创造价值。戈登·比雷尔（Gordon Birrell）出任上游业务执行副总裁，理查德·哈丁（Richard Harding）出任下游业务临时执行副总裁，下游业务常设执行副总裁招募工作已同步启动。
