6月8日，万凯新材（301216）发布公告，公司作为有限合伙人，将参与长沙泉仲创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）的扩募份额认购，认缴出资3000万元，占基金当前总规模的3.09%。
该基金目标总规模为10亿元，当前总规模为9.7亿元，主要投资于大消费产业，投资资金不得低于基金实缴总额的80%。
2026年一季度，万凯新材实现收入43.20亿元，归母净利润3.81亿元。
