嘉美包装6月8日公告，公司于近日收到控股股东逐越鸿智出具的《告知函》，获悉其持有公司的部分股份办理了股票质押业务，相关登记手续已办理完毕。根据告知函，逐越鸿智办理质押2.47亿股，占其所持股份的50%及公司总股本的22.51%，质押用途为并购贷款担保。据悉，逐越鸿智实际控制人俞浩系追觅科技创始人兼CEO。
