6月8日，博思软件（300525）发布公告，肖勇因个人原因申请辞去公司董事、副总经理及董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员职务，辞职后将担任公司顾问，持续支持公司的经营发展。
截至本公告披露日，肖勇持有公司股份1453万股，占公司总股本（剔除回购股份后）的1.93%。
2026年一季度，博思软件实现收入2.59亿元，归母净利润-6240万元。
