6月8日，我国“十五五”期间开工建设的首个国家重大标志性工程——三峡水运新通道破土动工，有利于提升长江黄金水道通航能力。
建设三峡水运新通道是深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于推动长江经济带高质量发展重要指示精神的重大举措。这也是三峡工程之后，长江干线上集水利、航运、生态等功能于一体的最大综合性工程。
