6月8日，金浦钛业（000545）发布公告，公司收到公司董事长兼总经理郭彦君的书面辞职报告。郭彦君因个人原因辞去公司董事长、总经理及董事会专门委员会等职务，原定任职期间为2025年8月4日至2028年8月3日。离任后，郭彦君不再担任公司任何职务，也不再是公司法定代表人。
2026年一季度，金浦钛业实现收入2.93亿元，归母净利润-2841万元。
