6月8日，邵阳县召开全县领导干部会议。邵阳市委组织部分管日常工作的副部长、一级调研员张戈锐同志出席会议并宣布市委决定：雷俊同志任中共邵阳县委委员、常委、副书记；周玉祥同志不再担任中共邵阳县委副书记、常委、委员职务，另有任用。
