人民财讯6月8日电，6月8日，自然资源部国土空间规划局局长谢海霞在国务院政策例行吹风会上表示，针对老旧小区加装电梯、口袋公园、社区托育这类微更新民生项目，可以简化或者豁免部分的规划许可审批。自然资源部鼓励存量空间地闲置地的临时使用，只要不影响远期规划实施，就不用再修改规划。
