人民财讯6月8日电，6月8日，住房城乡建设部副部长秦海翔在国务院政策例行吹风会上表示，城市体检是城市更新的工作基础。要坚持先体检后更新、无体检不更新，全面开展城市体检，查找群众身边的急难愁盼问题和影响城市竞争力承载力和可持续发展的短板弱项。住建部将建立城市更新统计调查制度来及时了解各地实施的进展和工作成效。
