为查清一起承揽土地播种小麦合同纠纷案件事实，近日，江苏省盱眙县人民法院马坝人民法庭法官组织双方当事人来到黄花塘镇芦沟社区，与农科院专家等一道，就纠纷争议焦点麦地前期出苗率不足等问题进行科学勘查采样与数据采集，为后续案件审理和调解提供客观依据。
