6月6日，攸县召开全县领导干部会议。株洲市委常委、市委组织部部长阳望平出席会议并讲话。会议宣布省委、市委决定：武挪强同志任中共攸县县委书记；李鹏程同志不再担任中共攸县县委书记、常委、委员职务，另有任用；刘宪同志任中共攸县县委委员、常委、副书记。
