6月6日，株洲市芦淞区召开全区领导干部会议。株洲市委常委、市委组织部部长阳望平出席会议并讲话。会议宣布省委、市委决定：杨喜兰同志任中共株洲市芦淞区委委员、常委、书记；唐卫湘同志不再担任中共株洲市芦淞区委书记、常委、委员职务，另有任用。
