老姜切片,用陈醋浸泡数日,醋的酸香渗进姜的纤维里,把原本的辛辣变得柔和;再加入红糖慢火熬煮,甜味包裹着酸与辣,入口是柔和的酸甜,咀嚼时才有一丝姜的温热感涌上来。不像生吃姜那么“冲”,也没有糖渍姜那种甜腻。它更像一种养生小零食——想吃的时候夹一片,慢慢嚼,回味是暖的。
