天阳科技(300872)6月4日公告，公司与北京首都在线科技股份有限公司（简称“首都在线”）签署《合资协议》，双方共同投资设立甘肃天阳数金智云科技有限公司（简称“合资公司”），整合双方资源优势，开展算力租赁相关业务。合资公司注册资本为1亿元，其中公司出资7000万元，持有70%的股权，合资公司纳入公司合并报表范围。
