6月4日，首都在线（300846.SZ）公告称，公司与天阳科技（300872.SZ）共同出资1亿元设立合资公司，公司出资3000万元，持股30%。双方将整合资源优势，开展算力租赁相关业务。合资公司暂定名"甘肃天阳数金智云科技有限公司"。本次交易构成关联交易。
