6月4日，神农种业（300189）发布公告，总经理张伟亮因工作调整申请辞职，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
公司董事会决定聘任周志远为新总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第八届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，神农种业实现收入2809万元，归母净利润-650万元。
