据潇湘晨报，近日，浙江郑女士反映称，她在某主流电商平台NIKE官方旗舰店购买一双售价139元的婴童凉拖鞋，收货后竟发现是空包裹。 郑女士当即联系商家申请退款或者补发却被驳回，商家回复“仓库核实发货无异常”，平台多次来电也称“发货无异常”。
