5月22日，三亚学院发布2026年全日制普通本科招生章程。其中第二十四条：学校充分尊重学生的个人志趣、职业规划和学习意愿。学生在校期间享有7次（即大一至大四学年秋学期的7个学期期末）转专业机会，不受名额、成绩及其他附加条件限制。
