6月2日，格力电器（000651.SZ）在互动平台回复称，目前，格力碳化硅（SiC）功率器件已实现家电领域规模化量产，在商用及家用空调、生活家电、电源等产品中稳定应用，同时面向光伏储能、充电桩等新能源领域的需求也已纳入量产范围。公司正积极推动车规级芯片的验证与导入。
