万琳，现任职于天津京剧院，当前天津京剧院力捧的青年老生。 宗杨派，其曾经受教于叶蓬、苏承龙、程正泰、陈志清等京剧名家。其经常演出的剧目有:《杨家将》、《伍子胥》、《捉放曹》、《四郎探母》、《洪羊洞》、《白蟒台》等。
