6月1日，欧圣电气（301187）发布公告，罗刚因个人原因，申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。
根据公司章程等有关规定，由公司董事长WEIDONG LU代行董事会秘书职责，公司将按照相关规定尽快完成董事会秘书的聘任工作。
2026年一季度，欧圣电气实现收入6.74亿元，归母净利润1112万元。
