5月28日17时许，云浮交警查获一辆超员中型客车。经查，该车核载15人、实载25人，超员10人，其中24名乘客均为学生。
目前，该车驾驶人朱某涉嫌危险驾驶罪，公安机关已依法对其采取刑事拘留强制措施，案件正在进一步办理中。
