智通财经APP讯，新琪安(02573)公布，于2026年5月28日(交易时段后)，公司(作为卖方)与云帆叁号投资有限合伙基金(作为买方)订立买卖协议，拟向基金出售本金额为6500万港元的票据，代价6300万港元。票据发行人为Kaufmann & Company Pan-Asia Limited，预期年息3%至5%。
