格隆汇5月28日丨伟能集团(01608.HK)公告，自2026年6月1日起，集团的法律顾问及公司的公司秘书黄慧雯将辞任公司秘书一职及不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下的公司授权代表；而刘伟强将获委任为公司秘书及授权代表，以接替黄。刘符合上市规则第3.28条项下公司秘书规定。
