5月28日，外卖新规实施前夕，京东外卖发布行业最严堂食认定标准：只有拥有稳定、持续、与后厨隔离的就餐区域，且就餐区面积占比大于50%的门店，才会被认定为堂食餐厅。该标准将于6月1日起全面上线打标。京东称，过去一年，京东外卖已拒绝100万家“幽灵外卖”门店，商家入驻审核通过率仅40%，京东外卖平台无堂食门店占比不足3%。
