IT之家 5 月 28 日消息，zalman（思民）近日在官网上线了硅脂导热膏 ZM-STC11。这一 TIM（热界面材料）拥有 18W/m·K 的标称导热系数，宣称寿命长达 10 年。
根据IT之家的了解，ZM-STC11 由聚二甲基硅氧烷、氧化锌、氧化铝构成，无导电性。其整体呈灰色，密度 2.6g/cm³，适用温度范围 -40~+150℃。ZM-STC11 采用注射器式包装，内置 2g 导热膏，外部拥有可视刻线。
