格隆汇5月27日丨河化股份(000953.SZ)公布，本次变更公司名称及证券简称事项已事前向深圳证券交易所提出书面申请，并经深圳证券交易所审核无异议；公司名称变更后，公司证券代码保持不变，仍为“000953”。自2026年5月28日起，公司证券简称由“河化股份”变更为“中哲精化”。
