人民财讯5月27日电，据香港联交所5月27日披露的文件，威胜控股(03393.HK)控股股东、董事会主席吉为于5月27日以每股平均价23.2港元，在场内增持威胜控股20万股普通股股份，价值约464万港元。此次增持后，吉为最新持股数量约5.4亿股，持股比例由51.64%升至51.66%。
