格隆汇5月26日丨中集集团(000039.SZ)公布，截至本公告披露日，本公司H股回购方案（第一批）已经实施完成，现将结果公告如下：截止本公告日午间收盘时间，本公司于2025年6月20日至2026年5月26日，通过集中竞价交易方式回购本公司H股股份6577.71万股，占本公司于H股回购一般性授权获通过之日的已发行的H股总股本（不包括H股库存股）的比例为2.1751%，占本公司总股本的比例为1.2198%，已使用的资金总额为港币4.99亿元（不含交易费用）。上述回购符合本公司既定的H股回购方案（第一批）。
