近日，位于深圳市宝安区的腾讯总部园区企鹅岛首次对外开放，界面新闻记者在第一时间探访了这座超大型园区。据悉，企鹅岛占地面积80.9万平方米，建成后总建面超300万平方米，集研发、办公、生活、文化于一体。未来，预计可容纳超8万人在园区内办公，全面建成后公共区域将面向公众开放。
