蓝鲸新闻5月26日电，5月26日，针对大量用户在社交平台反映滴滴出行系统出现异常的问题，滴滴方面最新回复蓝鲸科技记者称，“非常抱歉，因云厂商网络专线故障，造成今天17点左右滴滴App部分服务出现短暂故障，目前服务已全部恢复。故障期间产生的费用异常等问题我们正在紧急处理，将尽快妥善解决。再次向广大用户和司机师傅们诚恳致歉。 ”（蓝鲸新闻 翟智超）
