格隆汇5月26日丨新特能源(01799.HK)公布，于2026年5月26日，公司与光大金租订立融资租赁合同开展售后回租业务，据此，(1)公司同意向光大金租转让租赁物所有权，租赁物转让价款为人民币5亿元；及(2)光大金租同意公司租回租赁物，租期为5年，并向公司收取租金。
