据外交部网站消息，2026年5月26日，外交部部长助理兼礼宾司司长洪磊接受圣多美和普林西比新任驻华大使达马塔、马达加斯加新任驻华大使拉莱纳递交国书副本。达马塔大使、拉莱纳大使于5月13日抵华。
