人民财讯5月26日电，5月26日，国务院新闻办公室举办国务院政策例行吹风会，介绍《关于推行常住地提供基本公共服务的实施意见》有关情况。民政部儿童福利司司长孟志强表示，近期，民政部等部门将联合部署开展进一步加强流动儿童和留守儿童精准摸排、精确建档的精细服务专项工作，切实把制度优势转化为儿童的实实在在的获得感、幸福感和安全感。
